Hence different paths are:
P—T-U=5+6+3= 14 weeks < Critical path
P—Dummy -S—U=5+4 +3 = 12 weeks
Q-R-S-U=1+2+3+4=10 weeks
Only ‘S’ is delayed and no other activity is delayed.
So, maximum activity time for activity ‘S’ can be 6 weeks without delaying the project.
