Increase rate -
2016-17 : (105 – 95) Å~ 100/95 = 10.53
2017-18 : (115 – 105) Å~ 100/105 = 9.52
2018-19 : (126 – 115) Å~ 100/115 = 9.57
2019-20 : (132 – 126) Å~ 100/126 = 4.76
Average rate = (10.53 + 9.52 + 9.57 + 4.76)/4 = 8.595
Per capita at the end of 2020-21 = 132 Å~ 108.595/100 = 143.34.
